TRU by Hilton Terrell

It seemed like a family oriented hotel, was extremely clean with modern decor.

A very lovely hotel. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at TRU by Hilton. The staff was very nice. Our room for clean, the beds were comfy. The free breakfast was amazing. Overall a very nice hotel to stay at. Will definitely stay again while we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We had a large family. Kids of various ages & booked 3 rooms. The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean & well maintained. I absolutely loved that the floors were not carpet. As a mom with kids, I freak out with germs in carpet. We felt comfortable not using socks or slippers in the rooms. The lobby was awesome, I loved the vibe. Pool table, large connect 4 game, & the hang out spots/ seating was awesome. This whole hotel was amazing. We sincerely enjoyed our stay & that we didn’t have to stay cooped up in a room at night. Not tired? Go downstairs & play pool or other games. There was even a nice hang out spot by the pool with a large Jenga game (we didn’t get to play, but would have been fun!) if I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!

We brought our small dog and had to pay a non refundable deposit of 75.00 which was ridiculous. Our dog is part of our family. We could understand if there was damage done but if not the money should be refundable

At first my kids thought I was pretty special…I mean, my name popped up on the TV when we first walked into the room. But then, we knew one of the elevators was out of service when we checked in…(we were on the 4th floor) but in the morning we find out that people got stuck on the working elevator at 3:30am and that neither were working when we went to check out a family of 4 traveling cross country (meaning hubby makes us bring everything inside). So we got our exercise that morning! Not fun!
