La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Terrell

The hotel is very nice right across the street from many restaurants, shopping and Buc-ee’s. The check in clerk was very friendly and efficient. The issue we had was that there was a $150.00 incedental charge- we have never been charged that much and it cleared our bank, again other La Quinta incendental charges have never been charged to our bank. We called the hotel and were told that it was reversed and will be refunded back to our account in2-3 days. This is fine but we had family come & 3 other rooms were reserved. One family paying $300.00 for incedental charges for 2 rooms because they had 3 kids & did not allow 5 to a room. One family was wanting to buy snacks that were $5.00 and the desk clerk told them to go to Buc’ee’s because they were cheaper. We were all there for a family funeral. We love La Quinta’s and will definitely ask about their policy next time.

Great family place

This has to be the cleanest and best smelling property I’ve ever been to. It was quite not smelling like cigarettes or marijuana when we got off the elevator. Breakfast was real eggs lol! Pool was nice and quiet for my kids. Shopping right at your fingertips. Loved it. Instead of going into the city I will be going there from now own!

Very clean, no wait to check in, friendly staff but not knowledgeable about the area. Ample parking and crisp linens. Average breakfast for this type hotel. Cheerful employees. Only annoyance was the baby elephant staying in the room above ours that awoke at 6 in the morning and obviously had feeding bowls on opposite ends of its room.

Beautiful, clean, safe. Perfect for me and my kids to have stayed.

My experience was very comfortable, for my busy week those days helped especially with the kids.

We only rented there because of the indoor pool. We had 1 day. My children waited all morning the day of check out, because your pool dont open til 10am. When qe get to the pool were told we cant swim because he has to chlorinate the pool??? Why would you not do that while the pool is closed??? For our next trip we will stay somewhere else.

The people above me had kids and they constantly running around. Sounded like they would come through the ceiling. Couldn’t relax because of that. Staff did Nothing to help

This is going to be my third day I’m am going to have to call to get back my full deposit. The deposit was $150, more than the room cost itself after tax. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Horrible experience and kept sending food I didn’t order to my room all night waking up the little ones.
