Best Western Plus Wills Point

First time to stay here and will not be the last. Everything was great! The room was large, attractive and comfortable. Very nice breakfast was included. The employees were exceptional. They (Carolyn and Darlene) made you feel welcome and like you were family.

Check in hotel person was unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not engage. I raised a question about the number of beds - we had requested a roll-away/cot in addition to the 2 queen/double beds - as we had 2 adults and 2 children. She said the hotel does not use cots and offered no explination. We needed that extra bed due to a medical condition of one of the adults. She was rude and did not even try to find a solution. That double room with an extra bed is on their website as to accommodate a “family”.

We had reserved 2 rooms a month before trip. When arrived only one room was ready. The other was dirty and smelled so bad we refused to stay in it. The desk gave us the key to another room on to find out someone was already in the room when we went in. There were 2 other families whose rooms were messed up. We had paid for two rooms and only got one. Never got our refund for the other. Will never stay there again.

Walked in and two little kids were at the counter, one was on one of the computers playing a game, the other was playing with a tablet. The little boy finally looked and saw not only us but another group waiting to check in. The little turned around and ran off to the back of the office. Very quickly a lady came up and took our information and put us in a room.
