Hot tub was just like warm bath water although jets had good pressure. 4 guest booked with only two towels in bathroom, the pullout mattress was filthy and no extra sheets were in our room. It was late and had a busy day the next day to ask for them, my kids just zipped up their sleeping bags and used pillows off main bed. We had the king suite #211, and I have a major neck surgery, 6 months ago, I am healing still from 4 screws needless to say they had ever single washer and dryer beneath us running overnight and the vibration on the bed was insanely terrible and zero sleep for our full day the next day even with pain medications. We will not be going back there again. Especially price gouging on a parent Texas tech weekend.

At first we were worried we wouldn't get a restful night's sleep since it seemed there was a family a few rooms down that was hosting a pool party for children and took it to their room into the late evening. Kids were screaming and crying and running up and down the hallways. Thankfully most of the party left apparently and we had a normal night's sleep. We had to leave quite early the next morning so we didn't get to eat the breakfast.

We had so much noise around us,3am and people and their bad ass kids running up and down the hall talking loud and we had hair in the towels, just ridiculous. I told the front desk clerk the next morning and she said she heard from several people and nothing was done. If you have other options use them

The room was ok, clean at least. There was no one monitoring the pool area so there were alot of kids with no adult, another large group of kids in the jacuzzi that would not get out-pool was definitely not enjoyable!!! Breakfast was ok also- but I guess you get what you pay for.

Rude! Filthy! Trashy! Avoid this place like the plague! Book and paid for room in advance. We are a family of 3 traveling with a child on a cross country road trip and booked here for a one night rest over. We were coming in late from driving 8hrs and had delays due to car problems making our arrival very late. I called in advance to make them aware of our circumstance and they said they would not let us check in late. I had to called the corporate office and after an hour of back and forth phone calls and begging them, they let us stay. At this point, we felt like we were an imposition but had little choice. we arrived exhausted around 1:30AM. Then I spent another hour in the room cleaning it. Luckily, I brought sanitizer and Lysol with us. Hairs and grime everywhere: on doors, door handles, beds and sheets, dirty bathtub, floor, sink area- just filth in various surfaces around the room. Room/AC smelt bad. Slept 4 hrs with one eye open. Bring your Lysol, the big can because you’re going to need it if you stay here. Better off at a rest stop sleeping in your car. Fact!

I had a family emergency and the hotel refused to give me a refund and I didn’t get to check in

There was excessive partying in the pool area, there were people vaping, drinking, letting there friends in the side with coolers full of beer. There misoc was so loud we couldng even talk sitting across the table. The smoke got so bad it filled the whole room!!!!! Called the front office manager and she stated this was aloud!!! My kids coildnt enjoy the pool and have a good time because of the drunkin fools this hotel aloud!

The pool was closed for renovations and there was no indication of this before booking! Only a piece of paper posted at checkin that said the pool was closed for renovations. My kids were looking for a hotel with a pool and this was very disappointing. Just make the note on your website and be honest about the conditions. Also, the only elevator was out of service.

Very nice family run motel

Was charged an additional 10.00 for kids, even though I listed them and the site states kids stay free. Had 2 queen beds and it was 4 of us TOTAL. First time I have EVER had to pay for kids. Also, some toiletries missing seems rushed room clean up. Got double conditioner, no lotion and only one coffee cup, etc.
