The hotel didnt have water starting at around 10pm. Was in the middle of a shower when this happen. Before the water stopped, the water got extremely hot and felt like it burned my skin and then stopped. Hotel claims it was the city having a water problem but we have family that we were visiting that live right up the road and they had no problems with water at all. Even the waitress at breakfast the next day didnt know anything about water problems. The tv in the room didnt match up with the remote and wouldnt work without remote. Was told they were short handed and couldnt send somebody up to look at it. Was told to unhook the tv for a few mins and replug to fix. This did not work. No resolution was offer to try to make the situation better. And they didnt care at check out the next morning. Just excuses.

We spent a weekend at this hotel for a family event. The hotel lobby is very nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant one day and it was a little greasy, but was good. The 2 room suite overlooking the pool was really nice and in good shape. 2 complaints would be cleanliness, it just wasnt very clean and the indoor pool was too cold for my family to enjoy it.

Reserved room was not available, had to be put in a less than optimal room for a family. No extra pillows provided, bathroom toiletries were lacking or unavailable. Not a terrible experience but below average for a hotel of this caliber.

The room and hotel were great, however according to Expedia the room could sleep 4.my 11 year old son and 13 year daughter were with me and their was a king size bed and a small sitting area. We managed to to turn the sitting area into a very cramped sleeping area for one child. this was fine for one night. Be sure to reach out to the hotel to ensure you are getting what Expedia says. The hotel was booked and they have no info to contact you for over booking etc.

Was there last week with family for kids sports event. Glad we chose this hotel compared to the neighbor hotel. Room is so spacious, modern and clean. Kids and wife loved it! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the pool area, we spent a lot of time there and would consider staying again for that amenity. We had issues ordering food, the breakfast closed at 10 and when we went down there at 9:35, they said they were out of most of the food items we were interested in, so we left without purchasing. The food items that were available were fancy, but there was nothing really suitable for our children other than pizza, and the online ordering did not work. The evening front desk worker was very pleasant and polite. He helped us with any questions and concerns we had. I would recommend staying here if you need to be close to downtown.

Everything was clean. Awesome stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful hotel, very vibrant and in middle of any and everything. If you are traveling with kids be mindful rooms don’t have a Microvave. But other than that absolutely superb

My son left a stuffed animal behind that is like a member of the family. Hotel staff were able to find it the next day. Very courteous and understanding. Would definitely stay there again. Very quiet hotel.

Hotel was very nice, but the greeting my son and I got at the front desk was spectacular. The staff in the lobby was so friendly. My kid is a little reserved but they made him feel welcome and excited to be there. Such sweet people, I can’t brag on them enough!
