Definitely a great place to stay in Lubbock. The staff was friendly and able and the hotel, only 4 years old at the time of this review was in very good shape. The only nitpicks - parking is limited, the pool could be larger (it’s great for a hotel pool, but it’s very crowded with both kids and adults and therefore not relaxing), mattresses could be a bit better. All in all though, would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel for the family. Would not recommend for a romantic getaway. There are so many families there with young children.
Also, the vent rogue about the toilet drips right onto the top of your head.

This is such a great place to just hang out with friends and family. Live music on the weekends. Fireplaces and pits. Plenty of spots to sit and chat. Staff is wonderful - especially Ray. Rooms are really nice.

It is a beautiful hotel and has an adjacent restaurant where the food is delicious and the service is friendly. The inner courtyard is especially cozy with the space heaters and rocking chairs in front of the rooms. I am sure the outdoor pool is wonderful just not in January. Lots of families with children, a family friendly place.

This hotel is amazing! Room was clean and just the right size for us. Spacious bathroom with great walk-in shower. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and visiting with our Red Raider children during the afternoon. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends!

After having stayed at a very disappointing Holiday Inn, I was not sure what to expect of my second visit to Lubbock. I took a chance on The Cotton Court and am sold! What a lovely concept! The hotel encircles their manicured grounds that are family friendly. Fire pits and s’mores kits, picnic tables and a fenced pool. A great restaurant/bar on-site with indoor/outdoor seating and friendly waitstaff. The hotel lobby is charming. We received a warm greeting from Stefan who briefed us on the layout and parking. The rooms are spacious with a full-sized fridge with enough room for your own items plus the cold beverages that await guests. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Lubbock.

Great service, rooms are good but bed sheets not so comfortable. Fridge stocked with drinks. Nice bar, great courtyard with fire pits, hammocks, pool. It’s a fun place for the family to spend time. Close to Texas Tech.

We stay here when the kids need to get some energy out and play at the pool- the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc the pool bar was never open the entire time I was there- 4 days, 3 nights. They may have opened after 5PM, but I was really looking forward to those poolside drinks!

This would be a very fun place to stay with friends or family. For a solo business trip, it was fine! No business Center or printer available for visitors but the front desk was kind enough to print something out for me.
