Besides rude house keeper and management who treaded my wife who was trying to get are special needs kids dressed like if she was purposely taking to much time to exit the room so they could clean it. Not only that as I walking in the hotel the management yelled over to me am I staying in this room which I said yes. She then said that they where keeping my deposit because my wife was 30mins over the check out time in front of other guest guest instead of pulling me aside to tell me.

Lobby was clean and bright. Check-in was quick and the young man was friendly. The room was cool, clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. Fresh eggs, not from a box; biscuits were soft and good. Not much offered but better than others I've had. Housekeeping was very helpful. We needed a couple of things and they quickly brought them up. We appreciated that. The only complaint my family had was we could hear the people in the room above. I'm sure that means the people below us could hear us as well.

This Days Inn & Suites has been our home away from home for 7 years now. Our daughter and her family live in Lubbock,Texas. We make at least 5 trips a year to Lubbock and always stay here. Virginia the manager and her staff are very accommodating, friendly, and courteous. No matter how many times we show up they always greet us with a warm welcoming hello. Love this place!

Virginia, the manager is always there on duty to make sure that all her employees are taking care of any and all needs of the guests. All staff members are kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The Hotel is always festive celebrating any holidays as well as all 4 seasons. You have a comfy home feeling once you enter the doors. We cannot say enough about this wonderful Hotel! Having family in Lubbock, we are stay here at least 8 times a year. Love this Hotel!

I made my reservation for Day's Inn for Spring Break week.I spend it with my Gkids and Family while I'm in Lubbock... I'm from San Antonio,TX..I asked if there was swimming pool and the customer representative said No...😞...3-10-2024...but the customer rep did her magic ✨💫..and got Us in at the Super8 Hotel with a pool it made my Gkids very happy....😂🤣😂🤣🤣 Everyone at Super8 Hotel they are the Best..I will book again...Very Satisfied...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯💯

This hotel seems a bit older, but the rooms are wonderful. Two king beds in one room was perfect for our family! The breakfast was just what we needed in the morning!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was easy with a few decent options. The hot food wasn’t anything to speak of, but it was about what I usually expect from a budget stay. That said, all the kids in the breakfast area were definitely enjoying their fresh waffles. The property does have some wear and tear. The chair in our room was tattered, the headboard was missing a couple of decorative pieces, the furniture was scratched, the tub was very worn with some missing enamel, and only one of the 3 lamps worked when we arrived. The front desk was happy to replace the burned out bulb and the missing bulb, but when we returned only the burned out bulb had been replaced. We never got a lightbulb for the desk lamp. None of this was unlivable or inconvenienced our trip in any way, but the noise from other rooms was louder than most hotels we stay in. As I walked down the hall I could clearly hear the conversations in other guests’ rooms, as well as every TV that was on. There was a significant gap between the bottom of our door and the floor (about an inch), so I assume that’s where the lack of sound barriers stemmed from. The large gap under the door also meant the room was not dark at night, so we solved that by rolling a couple of towels and putting them at the door seam.

My family is so appreciative for the staff that treated us like family as we were in town due to a sick relative in the hospital.. my parents had to stay for over a month and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you so much for everything and the Villegas are appreciative to Ms Garcia and all staff

The check gentleman was very busy and could have used some help. He wasn't very friendly at all and wasn't very helpful. The food was ok but not the best. Would have thought there would have been some bacon or sausage. The bed was very comfortable. We had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and all the staff had to say was you will be charged the difference since you didn't stay both nights. At that point I didn't care, my family Is more important and there could have been a little more compassion

We have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience until now!! Very disappointed and will probably not return. My mom almost fell of the toilet because the seat was so loose.......the shower was so dirty my kids didn't want to get in it. I cleaned as good as I could with what I had with me. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom to wash your hands...... When we checked out I voiced my concerns and the lady didn't care at all!!!!
