Comfort Suites University

Quick trip to visit family did not spend much time at the hotel. The only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with comfort suites The room was clean, staff was nice, kids had a blast and my wife was happy with the Entire experience

Good place to stay. Room clean and beds comfortable. Over the past few months there has been more construction workers. If I am by myself I do not mind but I would not stay here if I brought my family.

Micheal was very polite. He was excellent on getting myself and my family checked in. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

There were kids running up and down the hall, parents screaming in the hallway at their kids.

Great stay besides the front desk staff when checking in. When checking in the front desk staff (female with long black hair) got onto my daughter for looking at a window cling sticker as the lady at the desk did not want my daughter to touch the sticker. The window decoration was for St. Patrick’s Day. If you don’t want people to enjoy the window decal then why even have it up?? It was just a cheap decoration from the dollar store Lol 😂. Come on… let’s be courteous. This was very rude to welcome guests that are paying to stay at the hotel. I can tell my daughter not to mess up the decal! I wouldn’t want my decorations messed up either but, I’m the mom and was there with my daughter. I would not let her ruin something that wasn’t hers. No need to be rude to kids.

Easy check in, easy check out, comfortable beds, easy on freeway and off, and good breakfast for family.

Another wonderful stay!!! We try to stay here every time we visit family in Lubbock. The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff here is amazing. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The lady (I think Debbie) that keeps the dining area is always smiling and is so helpful to all the guests. The dining area is always clean and well - stocked. We used the laundry facilities this time and they were adequate. The pool area is nice and well - kept. Keep up the great job, Comfort Suites!!!

Very polarizing hotel. I already expected dry personality at the front desk based on reviews. I came to Lubbock for a family emergency, not to make friends so that was ok. I checked in to my room and immediately inspected the space. There was a small roach in the bathroom. I killed and flushed it. Didn’t find any more after that - thank God! Lots of hairs in the restroom, no place to hang towels, sloppy construction details. But the space is large and comfy. Plenty of outlets. Comfy bed. Great location. I won’t stay here again as I’m huge on clean and bug free environments. But it took care of my basic needs while I visited my ailing family members.

The room was terrible dirty. Not enough towels for our family. Pool area was gross. Bathroom in the room was disgusting. Trash and food in the carpet from previous renters
