We showed up a little early and they were able to get us into a room so I didn’t have to take my kids to a meeting. The rooms were very spacious and the facilities were clean. The kids loved the pool. It was a great place to stay. The location was great. We were close to everything we wanted to do.

We were not able to use the pool. The kids had looked forward to it for the last 12 hours in the car. SOOO disappointing!

This was a family trip with a toddler and the stay was comfortable. The rooms were also quiet and cozy. We had an early flight and the staff made brown bag breakfasts to go since we had to leave before breakfast started. We stay in Lubbock often so this will be our new go-to.

We booked one room for 6 people. That's not what we got. I had to go back to the desk and we were given a a second room to divide up our family, which was nice, but a huge inconvenience. The staff seemed grumpy and consistently blamed all the "problems" on booking through a 3rd party app.

I liked the location. The price was good for what we received. One interaction with the staff was pleasant, but the other wasn't great. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel was nice enough for our purpose, and close to places to eat and close to the baseball park, which was why were there. Beds were comfortable, but the sheets a little scratchy. The room looked clean, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. I'd go back though.

We enjoyed our stay. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs. They moved us to a room away from families so it would be quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The Manager's Reception includes a meal and wine in a pleasant atmosphere which was very nice.

Breakfast was very low quality. There were strange eggs in a plastic bag available. There were dry Quaker Oats oatmeal in a jar with no hot water available to make oatmeal. The staff said they don’t use hot water, so the oats just are there to stay dry and uncooked. No hot water available. Coffee was served in personal use coffee pots in the breakfast area. I’m well aware of typical underwhelming continental breakfasts at hotels, and this was really a sad one that left my family cringing.
