The evening staff was rude. The swimming pool had many young unattended children. The room did not have a blow dryer and was not the same as we booked in the picture. There was no couch.

A change in my family situation required I leave earlier than anticipated. I had booked through a third party and paid for three nights when I checked in. Despite the the third party agreeing to waive their fee for the third night and my giving them 24 hours notice, they refused to allow even a discount on the fee for the third night. I was out of the room before checkout time on the second day. I will not stay here again even though I am in Lubbock often. I will also make reservations for each day separately now.

The toilet did not work, it wasn’t stopped up as 3 different staff told my family, it literally did not function. I called the staff from home as my family was there and they told me they would go check. 30 minutes later and still no one so I called back, they never showed. Called management 3 times and no answer. Place was gross and not as described online. Horrible stay and it was the same price as other places we stayed locally. Would never go back

Hotel was pretty nice. Check in service was good. There was a softball tournament staying there at the same time as us, and the children were WILD. Running around screaming during our entire stay (check in day and the following morning). Children will be children - but there were hardly any parents to be seen. We were woken up at 6 in the morning by stomping on the ground above us. This continued for an hour before I went to the front desk and my husband decided to bang on the walls to get them to stop. No compensation for our stay was offered. Was fine for a one night stay.

We love staying here: it’s convenient to get to medical center and our nearby family, the staff are great, and it is a great value for a very affordable price.

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were a bit hard for our taste, but that's just personal preference. Pillows were awesome though! Cookies in the lobby daily. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. Pool and hottub are small but good for letting the kids burn some energy

This was a very nice hotel stay. The staff was incredibly kind and our stay was very nice. The pool felt so good. The food was good. The room was very clean. As was the lobby and all common areas! Check in was nice. The lady at the front desk was very kind! My kids were a little loud, like always, and the staff was so patient with them and never complained!! We were there for a basketball tournament with the team and they didn’t mind all the teenage boys being goofy! We will be booking here again when we come back to Lubbock!!

The hotel was built in 2011 and still looked well put together. The young guy at the check in counter had his head down, texting, and I had to get his attention. However, the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a few hairs in various locations and our comforter had a dirty spot. Pet friendly hotel, however, the little kids made more noise running up and down the hallway than the animals did. Never heard a peep out of the pooches. Hotel staff addressed the noisy kids. The shower door was not built correctly and leaked water all of the floor. Bed is a firm bed. Not bad for the price, but I will look for a different hotel next time I'm going to Lubbock.
