we travel through Lubbock on our way from Albuquerque to Austin regularly to visit family. This was a new choice for overnighting. It was terrific — quiet, clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast.

For the price, this hotel is clean and comfortable. No frill, but a comfy bed and friendly staff. I felt safe traveling with my two kids.

Very nice hotel. The front desk was exceptional. There was a very noisy family above us jumping up and down at 1:30 a.m. and the desk personnel could also hear them and went up there 3 Xs to ask them to please keep it down.

We love staying here every time we come to Lubbock! Our room was so spacious with the large kitchen table that came in handy for the kids playing games. The only thing I was sad about was the pool heater was broken. We found out when we got there. Other than that it was great. We will stay there again!

Great stay!! Wonderful if you have a fur baby that travels with you! Plenty of grassy area for pets. Room was good and breakfast… real eggs!!!! They also make you aware of what to expect for breakfast each day! Overall we think this will be our new home away from home in Lubbock.

Need to move my return up one day, with other travel companies, it is real simple, but not you guys. Tried canceling, unless your a computer wiz, it not going to happen! I tried for almost an hour, very confusing. We stayed at the BW last night and they were great, will stay there again in our four trips a year to see the kids, but won’t ever use your site again.

The propert was clean. Parking was what I expected at check in. When I came back from dinner though, it was togh finding a spot. Seemed to be a lot of visitors for breakfast. Overheard more than one family arrived to see guests staying there and got invited for breakfast. In the future I will stay somewhere else.

Stay was very nice up until last night feont desk called room at 530am waking all the babies up to say there was a noise complaint! Was very annoyed everyone knows when a phone rings that early children wake up extremely fussy and refuse to return to bed.. (They called wrong room)...
