Hampton Inn Lindale/Tyler

Stayed for a quick ministerial trip with the family and the Staff and facilities for the purposes of the trip was perfect.

The service was excellent. On the day we checked out, I needed to create 2 flower arrangements for family grave sites in the area. Angela, at the front desk, was super in accommodating my special needs to do this, even though we were already officially checked out.

Loved everything about this place but what stood out the most was the front desk were the Best!! Thank you Angela for taking care of my family!

We checked in the hotel on 10/21/22. It was late in the evening and we had been on the road visiting a family member who was diagnosed with cancer. When we checked in, the lady in training was having issues with the process and had to ask for help several times. I then heard her trained say to waive the fees (I had already paid for our hotel online). I assumed this was because we had our dog (maltipoo) which my daughter was holding beside me. I also thought they were being nice because we stood there 20 minutes while she was being trained. The next morning, we went down for breakfast, and then went back upstairs to pack. As we were checking out, the lady at the desk said, “This is your receipt for you pet fee of $75. We charged it to the card you put on file.” I told her that I said online I would have a dog. I also had my daughter holding him right beside me when I was checking in. She said “This is our pet fee, and you can have 2 pets at that price. Have a happy Thanksgiving.” The only reason I was upset about the pet fee is because they said they were waiving fees, and then the next morning charged me anyways. I was very disappointed.

visiting family for Christmas. Hotel was nicely decorated. Nice breakfast selections in lobby each morning; Coffee/tea always available in lobby; cookies in the evening.
