Front desk was not polite at all. No ONE greeted my family or I any time we walked in or out of the hotel. Rude. Cleaning crew on the 3rd floor was extremely helpful & personable - front desk & cleaning crew should switch roles… Hotel did not have water Friday evening for at least an hour.

My family and I were in just for the night and found the hotel very easy to get to, the parking lot was great. Check in was a breeze and the room location was spot on my kids found the room comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It's always clean, safe and convenient. I use it both for work and family travel. It's right next door to HEB and there is plenty of food and shopping nearby.

Extended stay visiting family. Beds were comfortable, sofa bed was not comfortable for my teenager. Rooms were fairly clean, had to ask frotn desk for items due to being stocked for 2 people and not 5. Overall, i would stay again, if i only had 4 guests in the room.

This is a convenient location for me to stay on work trips as it is close to family, and easy access for getting around Austin. My only complaint is that some of the room amenities need updating like the office chair at the desk. It's missing the padding on the ends of the arms, so there is exposed metal that cut my finger. This is also the second time I've stayed here, and both times one of the lamps in the room wouldn't work, like the bulbs were burned out. Small things, but issues that should be addressed all the same. Overall, it's a great facility with friendly staff, and a clean place to stay for business or pleasure.
