Their network was down and they could not make key cards so they had to escort you upstairs to let you in your room anytime you went in and out. They said it had been down for two days. Also, whoever stayed above me must’ve had kids playing jumping and stomping until about 4 o’clock in the morning so we got no sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was very nice. Breakfast was great. My family had a wonderful experience here.
