Comfort Suites

Visiting family….we were staying there for a place to sleep.

Overall my stay was amazing, but we got placed next to a room were the children in that room was very noisy you could here them running and jumping. Had to report them to the front desk but it really didn’t stop anything kept me up till around 11am.

Heated swimming pool was great for the kids! Cook at breakfast definitely hooked up the meals!

The hotel was clean and spacious, pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff was wonderful. What was disappointing was the fact that the pool was unusable for the first day due to repairs. I was told some kids broke the hand rail going into the pool and the concrete needed to dry for 24hrs. The next day, the pool was reserved for a local school that they rents the pool out to from 3-7. The last day we were going to use the pool, the bathroom off the pool had a piece of poop on the floor which grossed everyone out.

The hotel was clean and the bed very comfortable. Management was great, but the reason I had so much interaction with them is because of a family in several rooms near mine that thought it was cool to be very loud, door slamming repeatedly and loud talking, laughing, etc from the hours of 10:00-1:30 am. I have never experienced such rudeness and inconsideration in my life. This was a multi-generation family with kids to grandparents.

We loved that the desk staff were very accommodating and seemed like family.

We arrived around 5PM after 11hours on the road, our room was not yet ready, had to wait almost a full hour before it was available-the desk clerk apologized many times & kept going to check on its status, stated they only had 2 housekeepers right now. The room was clean except for some sticky stuff on the carpet between the beds-clerk thought it was prob syrup someone had spilled-she gave us a towel to put over it so we wouldn’t step on it (no more suites available). There was a decent size mini frig w/freezer & microwave in the room. Beds were comfy. Our room was accessible, huge bathroom that included a shower stool, & plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. The coffee was delicious, breakfast was ok. There was plenty of parking. There was a dog waste area with bags/trash can near one of the side doors. Indoor pool & fitness room looked inviting but we didn’t use. Location was great! Restaurant next door, very close to whataburger, McDonald’s, Panda Express, Walmart, & HEB. There is a light to make it much easier to get on/off the main road. The staff was very friendly. We will def stay again when we visit our family in the area. We traveled with 3 adults, 2 of whom are disabled, and a service dog

Clean room, very spacious with fridge and microwave. Good setup and great for large families. Comfortable and clean
