Our room sink and shower were dirty had terrible smell. The restroom light was not working and AC sounded like a motor about to blow up. Only two small pillows per bed very uncomfortable. We called and were told no Maintenane was available. All of our family normally uses this hotel every time we travel to Laredo but this time we did not enjoy our stay at all.

AWFUL SERVICES I NEVER HAD BEFORE. 1. Room : Not too bad except continuous noise until 1am since its location righrt beside of highway. 2. Breakfast This is NOT EVEN A SERVICE. I waited AT LEAST 40 MINUTES with my wife and 2kids. I got the food which different with my order. There was NO APOLOGIES or explain before and after I claimed to restaurants. Also, I complained to reception, she said that only I can do is complain to Expedia, with NO APOLOGIES. I choose this hotel because its BRANDS can be believed, but not anymore. I WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME & MONEY, staying on this LOUSY Hotel.
