The hotel was great and clean, the staff was super helpful, but the area felt unsafe, especially the parking lot, we also saw two huge pitbull dogs loose around the parking lot we were scared for our two kids.

I pay for a room/hotel with pool and it was close but even that they charge a complet hotel room with pool. It was so unfare. It was my children birthday that night; and I choose this hotel just for the pool and even information they close this area. So bad; and nobody said nothing

Mattress are extremely firm, painfully so, but the room was spacious and clean. There is an indoor pool which my kids love, and the checkin staff/breakfast staff were all welcoming and had excellent customer service. Great stay overall.

It is a very good location because it's in the main street and accesible to shopping and eatings. The most important thing for us is that is very family friendly, we have two sons (1 and 3 yo). We have so much fun in the pool, since it's warm enough and indoors so it's easy for our kids to enjoy. The bedrooms are wide, so my kids can play with their toys without us tripping on them, and the bed is very very comfortable. No complaints.
