Embassy Suites by Hilton Laredo

We really enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom suite is perfect. The breakfast is incredible! The kids enjoyed the pool. It does get full on the weekend, but if you go early in the morning, there's noone at the pool. Do recommend it and will definetly be coming back.

There was broken glass in the front parking area in between the first 2 lanes on the right side. In the pool area more areas with gripping mats are needed for the spills of water that occur as people walk. There was a no diving sign but during my stay there was a family with children of different ages that kept running and diving into the pool constantly. I throughly enjoyed breakfast time. And loved the layout of the room.

The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn’t care for was the shower head. Not enough water pressure and jets. I had several family members and friends staying at the same hotel and they all agreed on the shower heads. Everything else was great.

I loved the atmosphere! Happy hour was Great! And the breakfast was delicious! I recommended the Hotel to my family and they were very impressed with the Hotel.

It was an amazing stay! Got 4 rooms for our family , very clean ! Had 2 tvs in our room with living room , table and sofa bed . Next morning we had a delicious breakfast , they cook as you order , French toast, eggs, pancakes and they have many other self serve options . Great seating area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

The Embassy is a Great property with many new renovations. Great Breakfast our families enjoy the swimming pools and we also the family environment. The beds were so soft and beautiful rooms .With the new renovations we did not have any ac in the living area and no ventilation in the restrooms which made it so hot.

I reserved two rooms for a family wedding. One of the rooms was for the bride and groom. The rooms overall need major up keep, the carpet was very dirty and torn, very basic bathroom amenities, drapes with tears, and was not cleaned properly. Bride/Groom Room was not ready when we arrived at 3 check in. Bar tender was rude and did not allow the groom to take pictures with the groomsmen at the bar (there was only one other customer who was OK with the picture taking and even then did not allow the pictures), when I had already asked if pictures could be taken, to which I was told yes by front desk. When trying to get drinks during happy hour, he was very rude and unpleasant. We were going to consume more drinks before the event, but with that service we opted not to. Also, very bad internet/wifi. Overall, very disappointed with our stay at this Embassy suites, something rare of the brand I have stayed in many times at different cities, but Laredo needs to step it up with this one.

My room was hot. They changed out the thermostat but it didn’t help. Little kids were running all around in the lobby and it got too loud.

Been going since a kid, still a great place to stay.

I really wanted to love this property especially since I splurged and spent over $200 for the night but it wasn'tup to par. The front desk clerk was very unwelcoming and acted annoyed that I even approached her. Not notified about weekend breakfast hours (8-10). No welcome bag given at check in or brought up to my room. Simple requests not honored, like requesting top floor away from elevator. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, hairs all over and spills on floor, the air didn't work. I expected more from the Hilton family!
