The person at the front desk was very rude. She had a bad attitude and was not helpful. When we checked out, she still had the same attitude and a terrible disposition. I reserved two rooms and she totally charged my family and I incorrectly. She also over charged my elderly parents an additional $100. for their room. What an inconvenience! I’m sure she treats other guests the same. She’s not fit for this simple job. Also, the electrical outlet in the rest rooms were not functioning. I had to call the front desk and they sent maintenance to our room during our stay. That was unprofessional.
