The villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome type villa. It was very close to the pool and recreation hall. My grandsons loved the waterslide at the pool so much that they didn't even want to go to the Jellystone waterpark. There was ping pong, billiards, chess/checkers, shuffleboard, crafts/structured activities, star gazing, frisbee golf. All kinds of things to do. Lots of families were grilling. I loved sitting on the back patio in the morning as I enjoyed those awesome hill country views ... Wow!!!! For what you get the price was more than worth it!

Absolutely stunning, peaceful, and family oriented. We wished we would have booked more days. The resort is away from any busy cities or highways, gorgeous scenic drive, and lots of activities for the kids. We played Bingo, built crafts, and sat by the fireplace.

High pressure yo attend a time share .. I said no no.. mo.the guy looks st he says.. do it for me.. it’s 15 minutes.I agree but after I unpacked I ch as aged my mind.. went back and told him.. I do not want to attend.. i get a knock in the door.. he and the “convincer” woman verifying my attendance. I was here to look at real estate.. not a time share. I had s as meeting in the am.. in short, the “woman” view as far as to tell me it’s company policy that I would have to sit through a one hour presentation and cannot leave before it’s over.. That rye it! I told them off .. told them no if y tells me I can’t leave .. that’s kidnapping. It really put a black mark on the whole experience. I’m a successful retired sales person.. never did I treat customers like this!.. they thought they could they me to buy into their crap. OH, the young mss as m even went so far as to ask me for my credit card to insure I’d show up on Monday.. oh hell no! Red Flags went off.. I dint want to attend f sad I you’re gonna hammer my card for not going to a presentation I really don’t want to attend? I’m sorry. I think they arm wrestle a lot of older ppl but I stood up and told them we m.. leave me alone in peace & quiet; I’m not a good candidate for their service.. I buy homes and travel the world.. not time share crap that has little or no value.. so beware!! These ppl were ruthless to get my $$$ .., I couldn’t wait to leave.

We absolutely loved this place. The terrain was gorgeous, the space was immaculate and very well done, it was close to many things but out of town enough to be serene. I have a spread of ages in kids and this was great for all of them! We really enjoyed ourselves and are already looking at dates to return. I think this may be our Go-To spot for a bit of family down time!

This property is a great place to stay for so many reasons. It’s nestled above a quaint little town, close to a beautiful river, within easy drive of many attractions, and the accommodations are perfect for families, couples, girl’s trip, etc. We look forward to our next stay.

Very nice location, has private river access, two nice pools and activities planned out for kids. The condo itself was very modern and clean, the beds were really comfortable, everyone in the family slept really well. Great experience. Some people stay at the resort but we used it as a base of operations and left to do activities on the Guadalupe river. I would recommend this resort to anyone, and we are actually planning on coming back one day, albeit at a time of year when its not 100F outside.

The resort was very nice and quiet for a girls' vacation. The staff has a sense of humor and lots of smiles. I would recommend this location to anyone. I will be returning with the family next time.

great relaxing spot out in hill country. Kerrville/Ingram had anything we'd need. Not too far from San Antone. Great open space for family of 5 to spread out and everyone gets their own bed!

We enjoyed the spacious property. The drive in was great as we saw plenty of deer and wildlife. It felt like a getaway destination away from the hustle and bustle. That being said, it was a 20 min drive into town for any of our needs (food, gas, etc.). What they didn't share at the time of booking is that their restaurant is not open and hasn't been since COVID. There is no free breakfast. I would not have chosen such a remote location if food was not offered on site. It was extremely misleading. Also misleading was that they do not have free Wi-Fi. At the risk of sounding cheap, we travel on a budget and the little extras add up to a bit more than expected. We wanted to splurge a little on a resort that had all these things we wanted. Instead, we had to grocery shop for breakfast items and fresh fruit. Leaving us starving after dark without any on-site food was not cool. Movie night, snuggled on the couch didn't happen. The resort price was high enough that Wi-Fi should have been included. But other than that, it was a lovely place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. My husband, who rarely sleeps well in a hotel, slept like a baby. We had a full kitchen that was very useful at the end of the day for our 3 night stay, after grocery shopping. The highlight of our trip there was the Saturday night Astronomer. It was such a treat. Being able to see the starry sky and have a guide point out Saturn, Mars and constellations to us was something my family will never forget.
