ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "Booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. ADDITIONALLY, please be aware that I need to know the person's name ON THE BOOKING REQUEST at the “Time guest submits Booking, or Booking Request” ( NOT on an inquiry ). PLEASE NOTE that; If no name is stated, the name on the right column of the VRBO Booking Request Page will be entered on the reservation -and- (name CANNOT be changed on the guest VRBO Account after the booking is accepted, in an attempt to avoid this requirement). One Bedroom – Special Needs: King in master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area. Condo has an electric fireplace. Special needs amenities include roll-in shower and grab bars. Maximum occupancy is 4.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
