This was such a pleasant place to stay! We try out different places in Fredericksburg that are budget-friendly because we visit family fairly often. This place was squeaky clean and perfectly met our needs. The staff was friendly and our room was a nice size. The bed was really comfy too!

There was so much noise. Staff cleaning the rooms had her 3 children with her running up and down hall screaming and slamming doors!!!

Room smelled musty. Booked for the pool and the spa was broke, not enjoyable having kids at pool with groups of smokers and kids partying all around.Wouldn’t book here again, better places for the area.
