Great service from the front and wait staff. Love the stay and the gym access. Next time will come back here to visit family in Houston.

Always loved this hotel for a couples get a way but not as relaxing this time. Becoming more of a family hotel. Lots of kids at the boutique pool. AC was having some challenges but guessing that was just a weekend issue. Food and service always great although staff could not turn music down at pool when we went out Sunday AM to relax. It was super loud from Saturday. A great hotel but maybe not for couples get a way

The hotel exterior and rooms are beautiful. The mattresses were so uncomfortable for me and my family. In-dining room service was horrible. Only one of the meals was average, but the rest had to be discarded. Valet lost my car. Very noisy. You could hear people from off the street & in the lobby. We were on the 10th floor. Not the experience I was expecting.

As the name says, Citycentre. It was a great location for food, access to roads, and entertainment. It was a great break from a weekend of celebrating a family funeral.
