I checked in, paid and went to the room. I then had a family emergency and didn’t stay in the room.. when arriving the person working was so so nice and she was very knowledgeable and comforting.

It was a quick stay. We loved that the room had a house-like structure with a small stove, dishwasher, sink with faucet, microwave and fridge with freezer. Traveling with a breastfeeding baby, we found it convenient to use the fridge and freezer to keep expressed milk in safe temperature, as well as a microwave handy to be able to sterilize the pumping utensils. My husband was able to watch some sports. The baby had a quiet night.

Large suites, good value and in decent condition. Walls thin so didn’t have best night sleep one night as noisy family arrived at 3am with super loud kids

So, the place is in a great neighborhood, and was recently rennovated, but for the large appliances (dingy "white" fridge and dishwashers). There was an empty pizza box in our microwave (which wouldn't bother me if we weren't in a pandemic). But mostly, it was the chainsmoking neighbor in the room next to us with multiple kids and dogs that is the reason behind this review. None of the rooms were listed as smoking, or I would've picked another hotel. Dude left his door cracked and the whole floor reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Since we had an adjoining for it creeped under the crack to our room and no amount of room spray, essential oils, or even opening the windows (during a winter storm, so 28 degrees out) helped. And the hotel staff didn't seem to care. If I wanted to stay in a room that smells like cigarettes and dollar store air freshener, I'd stay in a casino.
