I stayed over new years eve with two young children. I can't say that I had a bad experience but was woken up by a fire alarm and many loud noises and residents on New Years Eve in the early morning. I'm not sure how much the hotel staff could have done about it, but it wasn't ideal.

Everything was great but one night the shower had problems and wouldn’t turn off and had to be moved at 11 pm at night which was hard and have two small children that late at. Night was a huge inconvenience Felt like we should of gotten a night comped or something for such bs

We booked our trip a month ahead. I called the 3 days before our arrival date to make sure they had our reservation because I was requesting connecting rooms. As I was traveling with my elderly mother and my 3 small children I wanted to keep an eye on everyone. The lady told me yes ma’am we have you down. Everything is good. We show up to check in and the lady at the desk tells us we don’t have any connecting room available right now. I can put you in two rooms close to each other. I said but I called 3 days ago and they told me they had it down and ready. The lady was not very friendly or helpful. Just basically said there was nothing she could do. Our stay was for 5 days. The second morning we went to ask the front desk if they could have housekeeping come take our trash and give us fresh towels and more coffee for our rooms. No housekeeping came to our rooms. We noticed on our floor every room was putting their trash outside their doors for it to be picked up. Just looks trashy to walk to your room and see trash bags by all the doors. We stayed there 4 nights and not once did room service come to clean our rooms or give us towels. On day 3 my husband walked by a housekeeper’s cart and just took some towels so we could at least have fresh towels! We have stayed here before and didn’t have any issues but this time was not a good experience for our fun spring break trip we had planned. We will not be staying here again. The pool was also so dirty with trash and leaves.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and it was supposed to be a getaway, but it was a lot of noise. There were people (hopefully kids) running full speed up and down the hall off and on everyday. Then someone had the bright idea to let their dog loose in the hall and it was barking off and on throughout the day as well to add to the already existing noise. It was not a relaxing trip. I also verbally told the housekeeper to clean our room when we left and she said yes. When we returned our room was not clean. Also, I told someone at the desk the next day to have the room cleaned and what happened and they said they would tell housekeeping. I told the housekeeper to clean our room and she showed me a paper that said 0 for our room. I had to go back downstairs and tell someone else to make sure that our room was cleaned and they said they would tell housekeeping. Fortunately, the room was cleaned when we returned. The elevator was not working properly. I asked for an extra pillow and I was told that there was just 1 and I had to go downstairs and get it. It was my first stay at this location and it will probably be our last.

My stay was great. My family and I had excellent service. The hotel manager was the best. One of the best hotel managers that I’ve encountered.

Rooms make you feel at home, however the pool smelled strongly like propane (must be leaking from BBQ Pits but didn't have access to shut off valves) and gave our family headaches so we had to leave. Then our room temperature was not cooling so I requested a maintenance check and they took several hours to come by. When they finally came by to review thermostat they couldn't fix the problem so they just moved us to another room (very much appreciated the front clerk on this). I have stayed at this location before and loved the stay, but unfortunately this stay was not as pleasant as before.

Breakfast stops at 9 during the week. Comfortably fit five people, two adults three kids. Maid service gets started early,’our room got missed a few times because we still had our do not disturb sign on, and they never came back, so had to go to front desk for towels 4 out of our six nights. Had shampoo/conditioner and body wash bottles bolted into the shower. Would stay again.
