Holiday Inn Hou Energy Corridor Eldridge, an IHG Hotel

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel. My whole family will only stay there when we visit

When we checked in service was horrible. I had to stand there for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk I had to go down the hallway to meet the person to check in then to make it even worse she was video chatting with someone never got off the phone a lot of cursing and personal business being handled never really spoke to me at all only told me what room number I was in didn't tell me where it was at didn't tell me anything about the hotel didn't tell me that kids ate free in the morning but adults had to have a card Service was really bad. In the pool Tried to enjoy that however it stayed extremely cold guests were allowed to run and scream beyond measure and nothing was ever said they put you on a floor with a lot of kids that like to run around and scream and jump and make a lot of noise Other than that the hotel was OK

We have stayed at this location several times. It’s a perfect location near our family. Check in is easy. The stay is accommodating and comfortable.

We love staying here because the staff is friendly, rooms are super clean and bed are extra comfortable! The free hot breakfast rivals IHOP and the location is convenient and nearby family! Will definitely stay there again!!
