Great service, stay, rooms, and the pool was amazing! It’s a 4 minute walk with kiddos to Minute Maid Park for a baseball game. Well worth the experience!

Great place for kids you will have a blast highly recommend

The stay was terrible we asked for a rollaway bed. They told us it was a fire hazard. We then called three times after that and asked to have several blankets wired up and they never were brought up. My three kids had to share a bed by their selves.

One night staycation for my kids while I attended a work event. It was our first time. The kids (6 & 10) absolutely enjoyed the free popcorn in the lobby, the pool, and Texas shaped lazy river. You can order room service, but pick up from the lobby to save a few bucks. After swimming, we took the kids across the street to Discovery Green to play.

Showed up to check in and valet was completely full. Had my kids and full of luggage and valet was not even an option. So I dropped them off and parked car in self parking. Self parking is about 2 blocks away and was hard to find. After driving around 30 minutes in circles finally found the entrance. It was about 8PM when we checked in and hotel wasn't prepared at all. Took about 1 hour of standing in line to finally get to the counter to get our room. By the time we get up to the room way too late to order food so just put kids to bed. Went to take a shower and in the corner of the sink there is a big hole where cabinet doesn't go all the way flush with the wall. I noticed a towel that was full of blood and absolutely disgusting and never touched it. I figured housekeeping wearing gloves would find it but never once touched it and left it there entire stay. Went down stairs the next evening that day and the entire lobby was FULL OF SMOKE I actually thought there was a fire. I went to the front desk immediately and asked them if there was a fire and they said no its the restaurant biggios smoking us out. There was an entire layer of smoke everywhere so we got out immediately as it was burning our eyes. We usually stay at the Hilton each time and come here twice a year for volleyball tournaments but will be staying at Hilton next time. We only tried this one out for the first time because of the pool they have.

We got 3 rooms for our family. Everything was beautiful.

Great place to share with couple, friends and family

The hotel was amazing with great amenities! The pool area is unbelievable! Definitely a great spot if you have kids who like the pool.

I loved the pool and our view from the room. A couple set backs were the elevators not all working and ice machine out on our floor. We also wanted a little more control of kids at the pool (we wanted to relax and the parents didn't care) We were able to walk to stadiums, bars and restaurants close by. Really great experience and would return again!

You need to do a better job of monitoring the hot tub. To many under 18 kids jumping in and out
