My family and I came to Houston for a baseball game. The hotel is in the perfect location and it was very clean. The staff was helpful and polite. I will stay every time we come to Houston.

We enjoyed our night here! Everything was great! The only thing I felt was odd is the placement of the TVs in the rooms. They're in the middle of the room and you cannot spread out across the room and watch tv. The TV only faces the bed OR the couch. Just personal preference, We couldn't spread out to the couch and the bed and all watch TV. When our family came to our room to visit, they weren't going to lay in our beds to watch TV so we were separated by the TV. Just odd but not a deal breaker

Was expecting a quiet business hotel as this was downtown but it was not. Instead filled with a lot of large families and group's. Breakfast in the morning was chaos especially if you went after 8. Lots of young teens and young kids running wild. Some in pyjamas. Would appreciate some healthier options added. The rooms were fine. Reasonably large but was loud at 2am when the trash below was emptied daily. Hotel also located next to a prison. For a tourist would probably stay in a different location. Not much downtown apart from some resturtants.

Our stay was excellent with the exception of the mattress wasn't comfortable and I tossed and turned all night. Also, the sofa bed was flushed against the king bed when opened. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We were here with the kids for the Astros game. Yes, we would stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience, and great customer service.

Great hotel for a family. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Easy walking distance to Minute Maid Park for games. Front desk and valet were all very professional and kind. One of the few downtown hotels with free breakfast.

Great welcoming staff. Very clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Street noise was a bit much but better as it got late. Slept like a baby.

This hotel is beautiful. I would have given it the highest rating except for one thing… I have no idea why they thought it would be good to put GLASS on the inset of the sliding bathroom door. Whenever someone got up to use the bathroom in the night or got up early to shower, the whole room was lit up. Defeats the purpose of blackout curtains when the bathroom lights up the room. It was very frustrating considering I had my kids with me and they woke up to the light when showering. I really wanted them to sleep in.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. We came into town to see the Astros game. It was about a 7-10 minute walk. Nice area, I felt safe. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which is always nice. We stayed in room 602, it had an amazing view of the city. The room is so comfortable, with black out shades and comfy beds. If you have nothing to do on a certain day, I'm sure you can sleep in all day with no trouble. No pool, but that wasn't an issue with us since we were there for the game.
