Hated that parking was across the street. There was only one hook in the bathroom for towels. Nowhere to put soap in the shower except on the shower floor. No microwave. I have small kids and there was not a tub in my room to bathe them. It was difficult to shower small children. One of the lights above the bed was not working. Only good thing was the sheets were good. Will never stay again.

Parking was horrific. The valet was $50-$75 per day at minimum and they were slow and had to be reminded (or found) to do the parking. Ended up parking in the garage across the street for $25 a night and found it was much quicker as well. When we checked in, they gave us a room that was already occupied. The front desk staff member was truly a wonderful and sweet lady. She was so kind to the kids and super friendly. She was the one bright spot of the entire 4 night stay.

I loved the roof top pool. The gym and access to downtown Houston. Great place to take a family trip. Very clean and great COVID safety.

The front desk receptionist was super sweet but I was not pleased when I took my daughters to swim and there were people smoking marijuana at the roof top pool. The hotel is a family hotel not an all adult hotel. I would not stay again.

Staying only one night it was all that was needed. The room provided a comfortable bed and basic amenities. The view we received was a building 3 ft away 😂, but that’s not what we came for so no big deal. The staff are what’s exceptional at this place! At every turn when I needed help with ANYTHING they were on it fast and so kind and courteous!!! Even the young cleaning lady who didn’t speak a lot of English made sure my needs were met by leaving her cart and taking my kids and I to the rooftop for the view! I do hope that management sees what wonderful people they have here!!!
