It was a family reunion and we love it; the service and all your employees are amazing. We have an awesome family reunion thanks of your services. I have a recommendation: if it is possible that when the customer do the check in, the room should have already the air conditioner on. (it was off & that’s activated my allergy) but your excellent services just made me forgot these detail. Even though I did my recommendation. Thanks for been soooo nice to all of us.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! I stayed as I took a family trip to a baseball game and the location, 5 minute walk to the park, the service, and the price was outstanding!

The rooms were great. Very roomy and clean. The problem we had was with the one working elevator. When we arrived, we got our keys to our room on the 11th floor. I waited over 45 minutes for an elevator. The rest of the family decided to go up 11 stories of stairs.

Long story short my wife and I checked in at the Cambria on 3/14/23. The room was nice and clean as expected. The next morning, we decided to grab breakfast before checking out. We had our newborn with us, so to make things easier, we took our main luggage to the car but left our toiletries and a few baby things in the hotel. When we got back to the hotel right before 11A.M., we came to an empty room due to housekeeping coming and clearing everything else out! This was very upsetting because it was not check out time yet(12P.M.) and we left the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and they trashed the remaining of our belongings, including my wife's expensive prescription glasses and contacts, some colognes, medicine, etc. I went and spoke with management about this but it couldve been avoided if they would've honored our Do Not Disturb request. And they claim they had our belongings put up which made no sense when they could've just left them in the room. And to make things worse they handed it to us in a trash bag which makes me feel like they just got our things out of the garbage which really disgusted us. This put such a bad taste in our mouths that we will not be booking another stay here in the future.

The hotel was clean and updated but the clientele that was within the facility brought our overall rating down. We joked it was probably used by the hour vs a family or business travel hotel and there was security at the front door but they appeared to do nothing and anybody off the street could just walk in the building. The ice maker directly across from our rooms was loud especially when used in the middle of the night. Overall the hotel was just OK but we would not stay there again.

Great hotel stay and location! Just needs better working A/C units and a cheaper parking option. This was a great stay for my family - very clean, very upscale designs, and yet it is a historic building so it had a lot of charm. The biggest complaint we had was the A/C and heating for the room seemed to struggle, and took a couple of hours to get to whichever temperature we wanted. Since it is just one small hotel room with its own A/C unit, it seemed like the unit should have been able to very quickly adjust like many other hotels. The valet parking is the only on-site parking option and it is far too expensive, but there is also a pay-to-park lot right beside the property with much lower rates that is far more practical, since both options are uncovered and not gated anyway. I still highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I took my family for the Anime Matsuri 2022 and found the Cambria Hotel to be a few blocks away. I reserved the stay two months in advance. The hotel was awesome, clean, friendly staff, and professional. The room was elegant and made my family feel like "small celebrities". The Minute Maid Baseball Stadium is also a few minutes away ( 3-5 min walking distance). I will be returning again.

Accessible to dining, sports, convention center. Staff forgot wake up call and windows need calking (in room 1801 we could hear AND see very loud children in room 1803). Sealed up as best we could with a towel. Officer Thompson (security in lobby) was great and very friendly. Hotel was very nice and clean
