Ac never got cold at all we left the hotel no one did anything about it. They don’t change you rooms it was 11 PM had to pack up my kids and go elsewhere

First our room was to sleep 5 and it barely slept 4, we had to purchase a blow up mattress for the kids in order to sleep. The walls have stains, walls missing wall paper! Dirty & stained linens, pillows that were so small we used our blankets we brought to make pillows. Worst experience ever. I even have pictures to back up my review

we enjoyed staying this property but i believe needs news sheets, comforter, pillows. The rooms are clean employees are very nice respectful and caring. i like to stay we go once month to visit family in valley thats where we stay. thank you

Staff was rude when asked about a crib for my baby. Said they only had one in whole hotel and was being used to ask next day. Hotel bathroom was dirty and we didn’t have towels in our room. No one ever answered the front desk when called to let them know. Overall one of the worst la Quintas we have ever stayed at.

It was very noisy at night and in the morning, the doors don’t block any of the sound’s coming from the hallway . It was music at night from outside the building or kids in the morning out in the hallway.

They never had towels we had to always wait they were being washed or they would get later. They also allowed children in the room next to us to be unsupervised for 3 hours. The last day on property we saw roaches crawling outside the rooms. We are done staying at La Quinta Hotels. Our next trip we will begin using other hotels.
