I really liked that the hotel room was very convenient for my family and it was really clean! Also many restaurants were close by and stores!

Noisy from 1030 pm till 300 am called the front desk three different times and nothing done will never stay in this location again and will not recommended it to friends and family.

The entire experience at Home2 was great. Helpful staff, clean space, quiet and peaceful area. The amenities were wonderful for our family and we love that it’s pet friendly.

The hotel itself was very nice and it was a pleasant stay, but the front desk clerk was very rude. We drove 7 hours and after a morning soccer game we were ready to rest before our son's next game. We wanted to check in early, which we've never had a problem before at any hotel, but she made us wait. We waited for 3 hours till check in and then she said our room wasn't ready. I went back in for the 5th time & she was checking in two other families, even though she knew we had been waiting for hours. I finally had enough and asked for our room since it was past 40 min from the check in time. She didn't say anything and just gave me the hotel key cards. Didn't explain breakfast time, check out times, but I figured it out online. We had our dog with us too and it was tough waiting it out in the parking lot till she "decided" to give us a room. Will not be staying at this location when we come again for a soccer tournament.

They did not honor a third party website and I used hotels.com. They did not allow me to stay and did not apologize just told me to go look for somewhere else. My family and I were staying there because of a winter storm in Texas and we didn’t have power for days.
