Hotel was amazing the guy working front desk was awesome another lady came on about an hour after we got there believe was something like Caitlin very rude Short with us- and made us feel like we were bothering her— we had forgotten our key in room- room was great but about one oclockn in am some kids maybe twenties started thinking they would continue their party on the hallway. Hooped and hollered for about an hour which made it tough to sleep

My family and I always chose this hotel because it was clean, quiet and affordable but last night they gave us a room that was in bad conditions the floors was falling apart we noticed a lot of dust on the lamps of tge room, but the worst was somebody was having a party a few rooms away to ours we couldn't sleep well it was a lot of noise a lady screaming in the middle of the night .we heard police taking the lady away. we are very disappointed i don't know if we are going back to this hotel

Beds were horrible to sleep on, every time I booked an extra night they would charge an additional $50 fee for “accidental” when they could have transferred the fee to the next reservation. Wish I could of moved hotel but two kids under two and two dogs it was just to much.

After having paid $200 for my room I had to give an extra $50 deposit that wasn’t stated at all in the information section where hotels will usually inform you of this policy. So assuming it wasn’t necessary I didn’t have my credit card that I used to also book my room so when the guy said he wouldn’t even take cash or any other way to pay the $50 deposit I had to find my bank 2 hours away so that I could co e all the way back , it’s now almost 10 at night , my kids fell asleep already, just worst and most unhelpful check in experience I’ve ever had. Oh and the “hold” on my credit card is still pending when usually after you check out that hold falls off to make your funds available, we’re 48 hours from that night and they still haven’t released my deposit.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep or if you have a toddler/child/children. We stayed over on a Saturday night and it was terrible, the walls are way too thin and the pool stays open past 12 midnight. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could here every conversation happening in the hallway and could also hear the party going on down at the pool until 12:30 a.m. Also, the mini fridge in the room leaked all over our refrigerated food, which we ended up having to throw away. Word to the wise, please book your stay at either the Embassy Suites, La Quinta or Home2Suites which are located across the street. Check in is 3:00 p.m., however, my room was not ready until closer to 3:30 p.m. Clean hotel but not kid friendly due to the noise and lack of pool hours. We did receive comp. breakfast due to having a wait, however, the breakfast hours had ended by the time we made it down by 10 a.m. We didn't get any sleep the night before due to all of the noisiness (I videoed for proof).

Came in right when storm cam in. Had already called about having a special needs child. One of the front clerks was rude looked annoyed . Bartender/Server pointed it we needed cash to eat because their systems were down. Tried using atm that was down as well. It was uncomfortable. They had their own hotel kitchen. And their “ restaurant “ area. Had already asked if we could take the pizza my grandchild ordered and we would order their food. Front desk said it was ok. But the annoed was being rude saying out loud they can’t eat here…Bartender approached said that we couldn’t . His manager was already making faces I tried to explain that the special needs child didn’t understand. ( also bday) . Asked to speak with his manager. She said ok it was uncomfortable. It was empty except for a few people drinking.we were away from everyone besides a guy sitting there using laptop phone. No drink or food. Didn’t get to order in peace without being reminded about paying cash. I said we are guests here charge it to the room!!! Another guest asked for a spoon for a tougher they purchased from their store and sat the baby on the bar and fed the baby. Checked out early because i just wanted ti get out of there! It was a humiliating experience. Spoke to manager offered a free night. Just don’t think that can make up for feeling that uncomfortable. Is a feee night worth your self worth. I don’t know if I’ll go back.

Hotel is beautiful but, loud! The walls must be really thin because I heard everything...bluetooth music through the bathroom mirror, airplanes, the kids at the pool until midnight.
