Absolutely a beautiful place to stay! my 4 children and I enjoyed a very comfortable and spacious suite.

Our stay way great. The hotel was very family friendly but we also got to enjoy a couple of drinks pool slide. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to everything.

My family was tired after a day of traveling to get to the hotel to find out one out of the two rooms was checked out by another person with similar name. Furious I wanted an explanation for only the staff assisting me to say sorry for the mixup. Asked to speak to manager but only a supervisor was there but for him to only give me same response sorry for the mixup. How can a well known hotel 5 star just give up my paid in full room with out asking for Confirmation number or Identification photo ID???? I will for sure not book ((that)) hotel again. It’s not Embassy Suites fault but the staff itself.

Hotel is near the convention center area. It was easy to park, easy to get in and out of and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly; the breakfast and cocktail offerings were great. I appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly and had appropriate areas to walk my fur baby.

The hotel is clean and the rooms were spacious. Every morning free breakfast and not a continental breakfast either. It was a robust breakfast with a line cook who would make pancakes and omelets. He was the star of our stay. He was friendly and engaging. Every night they offered Happy Hour, couldn’t pass that up either. The location is close to shopping and more importantly, our family. Will definitely stay again.
