They gave my reservation to another person with the same last name. They should ask for ID when checking in. I kept hearing the elevator ringing. Did not sleep good at all. The pool was a bit small. There was a big family there playing rough, so my kids wanted to leave because they kept getting ran into.

Very family oriented. Our children loved it. Thank you ❤️

We stayed 3 nights. The room above us had a family with children who were up until 3 in the morning running back and forth. We complained and the receptionist said they were checking out that day. The next night, we heard them again. I went up to the floor and could hear them and the tv as I walked through the hallway by their door. I complained again that night and the family said they were going to bed anyway (1:30AM). In the morning, I attempted to bring this up with management and we were told there was nothing that could be done since we had booked with Expedia. I do not recommend staying here unless you plan on staying up most of the night. You cannot make special requests if you don't book through the hotel. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Loved the curtain separating the sofa area and bedroom area. Our daughter was able to pump her breast milk in private. The kitchenette was great, we were able to wash the babies bottles and keep milk fresh in residential size fridge. Our 5 yr old grandson enjoyed the pool to the fullest. There were plenty of stores nearby for shopping, as well as a variety of fast food and restaurants.

The hotel was great- the rooms are spacious, breakfast was pretty good, and the gym has a Peloton bike that was very appreciated since I take spin classes almost every day. It's obvious that the property is in a bit of a transitional phase- some of the furniture is outdated and a few walls could use a little attention with a magic eraser, but we will definitely make this our regular hotel whenever we come down to visit family.

The property was fantastic all around. My family of 5 stayed comfortably and the included breakfast buffet was great! Thank you!

Took away a star as trash and towels do not get picked up daily from room. We stayed with two babies on diapers and really needed trash to be a daily thing.

We were visiting the area to attend a family wedding. The location was great and the hotel is very clean and well taken care of.

My family of 4 had an amazing stay. Staff was extremely friendly as soon as we walked in. The security man at night makes you feel safe walking with 2 small children. We highly recommend this property. Thank you.

This hotel was a great choice for my family on vacation. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk employee name Kody was very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good. It’s also not too far from stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My top choice. We will be back.
