Really nice and Great family resort. You have to walk around the entire resort or ask about amenities. There were kid activities we didn’t know about until later. I will be returning for a birthday girls trip.

Very expensive!! Parking $25 a day to also pay in addition to hotel!! All the beautiful Christmas activities for kids are great except each one is so expensive per person!! Sent my daughter and kids here, they had fun but spent well over $1000 in two days just to do activities and food…

We came here for our Christmas family stayed. It was our second year on Christmas here. Last year was perfect! We booked a Deluxe Suite room and paid almost $900 for one night and I thought most Suite will be facing the Atrium as we were here exactly for that for Christmas and their decorations- I asked the front desk as soon as we arrived to our room if we could possibly change it to the one facing the atrium and she said that it's more expensive for that and she checked and turned out they were all sold out- and she was pretty rude..... Also, they cannot even provide or offer to provide for a microwave in the suite- told me that I had to walk all the way on the other building to heat up food in the middle of the crowd! probably won't be back next year!

By far the worst valet service I’ve ever experienced. Staff was totally clueless, and had zero plan to accommodate the busy holiday season. Common sense would be to staff heavily in the month of December. Multiple staff members standing around, all lacking a sense of urgency. Just seemed like there is no leadership or accountability for their valet service. Next time will gladly walk the far walk to get my own vehicle and get my family out in a timely fashion. Estimated time for our car being ready was 15 minutes. Took over an hour until it was ready. Unacceptable!
