First time staying at this location. The outside is a bit dated, however the inside is well kept. The rooms were very spacious. For a family of four a double qas more than enough room. My family enjoyed the breakfast, had a variety to choose from. The pool was indoors, however, too much chlorine. We put a timer on for 30 minutes since the fumes were stron. My mom is only lasted 15 minutes before she opted to go back to the room. The location is perfect for those who will be visiting Meow wolf, Lego land or the mall. For those who want to venture out, its one hour away from winstar casino in Oklahoma. Overall very pleased and will return.

Stayed with our family of 6. Close to the Frisco RoughRiders stadium, top golf and the airport. A mall right across the street was great for shopping. Service was great, room was clean.

We had an amazing stay. We got the king suite. The only complaint I have is, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible despite us being told at booking it was. They offered a bench, but due to location of toilet, could not get in shower. We asked to use a handicap accessible shower and the front desk told us there is only one in the building and it was being used. The pool was cold but the kids loved it. The hot tub is amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice facility and staff was absolutely amazing. We love how close everything is and within walking (rolling) distance.

There was only one lady working the desk when we arrived, i called down to ask about sheets for the pull out bed for my children. The lady said i would have to come and get the sheets myself because she was alone. Im disappointed the room was not ready when we arrived and was not equipped for 4 guests as we were made to mention in our reservations.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed here and I still love it. It is close to the Grapevine Mills Mall. It was very spacious for my family of 6. I can’t complain about the hotel because my experience was great

Located right across the big shopping / entertainment center. Stay here if you have a long layover flight, you will find a lot of things to do for adult and kids. They are all just in walking distance, hotel offers on request airport shuttle very covvinient, only take 15mins to get to the airport.
