Great stay enjoyed every minute of it. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cleaning staff is not doing a great job. We were a family divided in 3rooms and had problems in each and everyone. Either there were towels not delivered, lack of cleaning shower or bathtub, and forgetting to do the whole room one day. It tells that it’s not somebody but in general cleaning management and supervision is not working.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent clean and cool. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the staff were friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

A hotel worth staying for for proximity to Grapevine Historic District and with plenty of amenities for a day in. We stayed as a family, the indoor pool was warm and spacious, great hot breakfast buffet which is free for kids under 6, a coffee shop and bar also in the hotel with great drinks options. Spacious outdoor space and nature trail around the lake

Overall great service, well maintained property that was renovated from an older property. Old school pool was great for the kids. Room was comfortable. Fitness center was one of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Close to lots of stuff. Would stay again.

I love this hotel. It was a wonderful experience my kids they were happy very safe very clean. The food was delicious. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

Super convenient and space for family visiting

Nice hotel - but some updates aren’t actually great for families. We stayed in a renovated guest room. It was nice and clean, however, the sliding barn door on the bathroom was impractical. It was noisy and didn’t provide the privacy of a normal door. Add to that motion detecting lights in the room’s entry and bathroom with no clear off setting and it was impossible to use the bathroom at night without disturbing family members. The light switches themselves glowed bright green which we also found disturbing to our rest. On the positive side, we enjoyed both the hotel’s pools. The grounds were nice to walk around. Hotel staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient for what we planned to do on our long weekend. Overall, we would stay again if we were in the area, just wish Hilton would better consider the practicality of their guest rooms.
