It was close to everything we wanted to do. Great location for family with small children. Convenient to Lego land and the aquarium all located in the Grapevine Mills Mall.

We decided to leave after a couple of hours, there was some type of reunion kids running up and down the hallways. It was not quiet and nothing was being done about it. So we checked out of 3 rooms. Probably won’t stay there again.

We had reserved 2 rooms for 6 adults and 1 child. We were hoping to be closer together but they were able to get us on the same floor at least. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a slight odor when we first entered but other than that it was clean and they came in every day to remake the beds and give us fresh towels. Would stay again.

I really liked our stay here with my family for a week. The only feedback that I have would be to add a microwave in the rooms.

The AC was not working at all. My kids could not sleep the whole night. It was either getting too cold or too hot. It had no control. My kids suffered the whole night.

I booked over 2 months ago and requested adjoining rooms for 5 people. Upon check in, no adjoining room and the other room they put is in was at opposite end of hall. We were there with 3 adults and 2 kids as a family weekend. I didn't appreciate the lack of trying to accommodate us better.

It was a great spot and family friendly. The hotel is is need of updating. It looked worn and tired in a lot of areas. Breakfast was a nice spread with variety. Pool was nice and very well maintained. Friendly staff.

Second stay, will continue visiting. Clean, great for families, pleasant staff, nice breakfast spread… gets the job done comfortably. Only ONE thing I dislike… small (small) room the shower and toilet are in. Makes it hard to change with privacy with a full room.
