We went down to see my daughter and family. Chose this hotel due to location and pool for the grandkids. 107 degrees outside and no umbrellas or shade from the sun. That was our only complaint, which wasn’t a huge deal but should have something covered for the kids. We will stay again though 😁

Absolutely horrible. From checkin, she had none of my information. I guess hotels.com doesn’t pass along the information you fill out which was frustrating when I had my twin toddlers running around. Our room smelled like a sewer line busted. It was absolutely horrible. And our alarm clock (that I didn’t even touch) went off at 5:45am

Bed was comfortable, bathroom wasn't awful, kind of plain with nothing to stand out from anything else. Service was okay. Only thing i absolutely did not like was the complimentary breakfast had nothing with it because a family of 4 ate multiple plates back to back and left nothing for anyone else and there wasn't anything else made for other guests.
