Nice clean hotel! It smelled amazing in the lobby and our room. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and will stay here again in the future.

Had to travel due to funeral, reservation was book on expidia. Was very close to family and funeral home. Have not use a hotel in quite awhile, everything was great the stay amenities were excellent and so as the employees.

Stayed here during family trip. Pretty much lines up with the typical Courtyard I am used to seeing and staying at. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on a holiday, no info was given, when asked via phone, prior to arrival, about restaurant status that day.

Horrible customer service! My family and I were there for four days and only saw maid service once. On the other days when we called asking for them we were told they already left for the day and we could take our garbage to the dumpster out back. The handle on the toilet kept coming off and had to ask repeatedly to have someone fix it. We did not feel like guests, we felt like a bother. Worst experience!!!

Horrible service. The front desk lady at night was rude, not friendly, and unwilling to help. Our room smelled lile mildew and Marijuana. It was an uncomfortable stay, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Horrible experience for my wife and, especially dince we have a 6 month old baby. I hope this hotel can do better, and compensate us for our wasted money and time spent at a place where we felt unwelcomed.
