Our stay as per usual at this hotel was fantastic. One thing that stood out to me this trip was the exceptional service from the front desk manager. From the moment I walked in the was kind, courteous and spoke to each and every guest by name. The next morning as I sat in the lobby for breakfast again her heard her speaking to each and every guest , wishing them a Happy Mothers Day and remembering a little tid bit about them or their families. Talk about amazing. I'm sad I cant recall her name but she was phenomenal!

I stayed at the hotel with my family for softball. The hotel was elegant, clean and at a great location. We all felt safe and the staff was great. The only issue with the hotel is that in order to eat, you had to sit at the bar. If you are with family and arriving late, eat before you arrive because sitting at the bar with your family will be ackward and we chose not to do it. The food they serve sounds interesting but again, the only place to sit (from what I saw) was at the bar.

Went to Houston for a family reunion. The hotel was packed because of baseball playoffs and softball/soccer tournaments. The staff was universally cheerful and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This Hyatt location was a real disappointment for me and my family. We were supposed to be staying for 3 nights. My family ended up getting kicked out after day 2 due to a “high volume” of guest. These people who work here don’t care about what you have to say, or look at the prove that shows our 3 days booked. But instead the management decided to go straight to threatening to call the police if we did not leave. Poor selection of management at this location. Needs improvement asap. Room TVs don’t work. The pool is extremely dirty yet nobody is doing anything to fix this matter. Extremely disappointed.

Loved the breakfast selections (only wish the has waffles). Convenient parking. Loved the area around the hotel especially the lake, broad walk and family of ducks.

I recently stayed here and I had the best experience. The staff here is amazing they were nothing but helpful and understanding. Justin, Renzel, Madison and Tawanna were just great! Thank you. When my family comes down to visit I will definitely recommend them staying here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I'm an experienced traveller with an old sports injury and this was the worst experience I've had with a hotel in my 20 year career of which I was living out of hotels for much of it. Came to Houston for a conference in sugar land. Before I arrived - promise of a 45 dollar shuttle which ends up not existing and costing me 120$ to get to hotel from airport. This was part of why I decided on this hotel rather than another one. The front desk staff gave me the number for the 'supershuttle' which was actually even more than that but it was also not operating when I arrived. Day 1 - bed is worn out and too soft, told that there are no alternate options, explained that this would make it so my injury would leave me unable to walk. I cross my fingers that this will not be the case and don't call Expedia Day 2 - wake up call didn't go through as phone in room doesn't work, no hot water, housekeeping forgot to make up room Day 3 - wall mount falls in the middle of the night Day 4 - either bed bugs or allergic reaction to bed, am passing by your downtown location so I ask them what I should do, Elevator issues, Saw a family who reserved a specific room turned away from their option as the hotel was overbooked. Day 5 - injury inflamed by the bed has left me struggling to walk. Call expedia to try to sort this out or find another hotel for me but they are unable to. Honestly I could not be less impressed with this hotel and it reflects badly on Hyatt.

What set this hotel apart was the staff. Very accommodating to our family, especially since we were with a newborn. Breakfast is your standard continental Breakfast so nothing special, but the coffee wa pretty dang good. Overall, great room, staff, and easy parking and access to multiple restaurants.
