Comfort Suites Stafford Near Sugarland

Dirty facility and unfriendly not customer service driven staff. I checked out within 4 hours of check in after finding a roach/insect leg underneath my pillow case and hair thru out room! Employee working the counter (Mallory) did not give me any proof of check out of concern or validation of my complaints. Expedia did a fantastic job on finding a new hotel for me and my family right away, however when asking the hotel franchise for a refund, they stated I was never checked out!!! We called the hotel directly numerous times to get proof of our check out in which were were hung up on, over 4 attempts. DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is dirty and run down, staff is awful, disregarding and they do not try and help the paying customer. Pay the extra fees and stay elsewhere, there are plenty of options in the area.

Man the ladies that cooked the breakfast were so nice and made some delicious breakfast!!! Me and my kids and wife were satisfied thanks till next time

Check in was slow, guy behind the desk was not very friendly, slow and had something playing on his laptop annoyingly loud. Sounded like he was taking a class or learning something for his job and letting it run over trying to help people. Ice machine was broken (in the dead heat of summer) and where the sign says ask front desk for ice, he scoffed at me asking and said they barely had any and could possibly offer me a very small baggy of ice. gym closed business center closed breakfast was very little and presented very weird. Open plate of butter, open pitchers of drink, open bulk jars of cereal. The grab and go stand up front was bare and looked old. Place was run down and smelt terrible in the lobby. The room itself was comfortable but the shower heard was terrible and didn't spray well at all. Hallway very old and musty. There were very rude motor cycle riders who showed up multiple times late at night revving their engines and blaring their music. Walls must be paper thin because it woke my entire family up and was very frustrating that they had no concern for others, and obviously not stopped by the front desk from making excessing noise out front. Overall cheap room but probably won't stay there again. If you have 0 to no expectations except a place to lay your head then I would recommend somewhere else until they can fix things and get things cleaned up and updated.
