Houston Marriott Sugar Land

Beautiful hotel and the location was perfect for a family outing. There was the Mall, shopping, great restuarants, and a movie theatre all in walking distance.

It is a tradition for us to stay here on Christmas. We have family in Sugar Land that we celebrate with and then return to our comfy room for a good night's sleep. This year we had a toilet overflow, but that was quickly resolved. We'll return again next year

Had to move rooms as there was a crying baby next door to my room...but not a problem Mytine helped me out at the front desk promptly to get me a new room...Great stay! I'll be back

The property was nice and so was the staff, and breakfast was pretty good. We stayed one night. The room was clean but I was disappointed that the shower was clogged very bad and made standing water half way up my leg within a few minutes of showering. The rest of my family had to shower in even deeper water because it wouldn’t drain very much at all even after 30 minutes of waiting. I’m already grossed out by hotel showers anyway so this was disgusting to me. I informed the front desk as we were checking out and they said they were very sorry and thanks for letting them know. I don’t think I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel offered much to be desired (restaurants, shopping).The hotel staff itself was unprofessional, untrained and unavailable. I made numerous attempts to contact the front desk at the hotel; but to no avail. It was Veterans Day weekend (my boyfriend and I are both retired Vets); therefore, we wanted to celebrate it by going to a concert in Sugarland. There was loud music being played all through the night--making it hard to sleep. I attempted to reach out to the GM with the email that was provided; however, I received a "blocked" response. In closing, I would NOT recommend this hotel to friends/family nor any of my military buddies. This was our first and last time staying here. We were very disappointed!

Check in took a bit longer than expected but it’s been a pleasure to stay here celebrating my baby girl’s sweet 16!!!!

Cool if your not with any kids , too close to bars and high traffic area, double beds are too small
