This place is great for me and my family lovely 😍

Children ran all night into the morning,I was unable to sleep!The breakfast was ruined by little children unsupervised at the buffet. I went there to rest after a Terrible event in my life,I wasted my money. I couldn’t sleep in because children slamming doors and keeping up havoc. The staff was notified and nothing changed! Please don’t use this location if you want to SLEEP!

Rooms we falling apart, kids run up and down the hallways all day and night, ac in room was making extremely loud noises then quit working. Staff extremely in friendly

I checked in Rm 111 at 6:30-6:45PM, and the entire experience was awful. The guests across the hall were extremely loud. They talked loud, slammed the door and spewed foul language. The disturbance prevented the sleep and relaxation that I originally booked for. Since we’re so close the front desk, I know he was aware of the chaos because when I went to my car, the front desk attendant was watching the child near the desk with no adult supervision. When Hector arrived at 11PM, he too, observed the ridiculousness. Finally, by 1 AM, I had had enough. I gathered my belongings and asked for a full refund. I was tol that the manager was the only person who could complete a refund transaction. Please know that this was not at all a pleasant experience. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance and concern.

This hotel is ok for the price. It suited our needs when it comes to traveling with a baby because of the refrigerator in the room.

I booked this room for our family "staycation" for spring break... we had activities planned in Houston, yet I had to be back at work the following day, so I wanted something in between. Stafford was perfect! It only took us about 20 minutes to get to our destination in Houston, yet we didn't have to stay at a hotel in town and deal with the noise and traffic. Very nice. I chose this hotel because it was one of the only ones I could find with an indoor pool. Our kids love to swim, and March is still a little cool for outdoor swimming. Well, when we went to the pool the eveing we arrived, we discovered that although it is indoor, it is not heated! We were all pretty bummed about that, but the kids insisted on swimming for a while anyway. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly. The kids have asked if we can go back again in the summer! Works for me! =)

A group of families chose this hotel to stay at for 5 nights around a wedding. It was easy access to highways, restaurants and the locations for the wedding related activiites. The breakfast area provided a place for us to meet, converse and play a few games. Those who met us there from other hotels wished they had stayed in our location. The complementary breakfast was an additional convenience.

Although the front desk was kind, he seems to be so exhausted that he can no longer keep things straight. First room had the wrong bed set up. Second room was occupied. The 3rd room was an accessible room where the door would not open all the way due to a warped floor. Know, this is a SMOKING hotel. I was not expecting 420 friendly and would not have stayed there with my infant grandchild had I known.

Hotel itself was great except some of the guest at the hotel! You smelled marijuana on the second floor while I was there with my family!

After a bad experience down the road at the American Budget Inn, found this place about midnight. 4 months old, great staff - opened the indoor pool late so my kid could swim. Room was huge!, great soft bed, large bath room, real closets, a desk AND a table. Good internet connection. Breakfast not great, but good enough. Can't say enough about the staff. I'll be back.
