La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Floresville

The stay was welcoming but the jacuzzi hot tub was not working and that was a big disappointment cause that what my family was looking foward to. And thats why we booked the room for the stay..

We chose this property for it's location, (nearby family). The room was clean and modern, the pillows and mattress were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, nothing over the top, but free. We are late risers so it would have been nice if breakfast lasted until 10am, but that's our problem not theirs. We were there attending to a family emergency, so we booked one night at a time, the front desk accommodated our requests and kept us in the same room the entire stay. Overall, we will stay here again and recommend this location.

The front staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable but that was the extent of the good. The elevator made a loud noise and when looking at the compliance record it was past due for inspection. The paint was chipping off of the walls in the room, poor maintenance repairs in the bathroom. The was no water pressure or hot water. There was not enough lighting on the room itself. The lamps were covered in rust. The hot tub was out of order. There were kids screaming in the hallway and parents hollering at them and talking loudly to each other.

Perfect one night stay option for passing through; family friendly

We spent the weekend attending a family event. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The staff was courteous and professional.

We chose this hotel because it’s close to where family lives-4 hour drive from home. We were looking forward to the indoor, heated pool but it was too cold and the hot tub was the same temperature and the jacuzzi dial didn’t work.

Me and my brother enjoyed our stay but the only downside was the small refrigerator. The refrigerator door would not close completely so our drinks and the in-house ice melted. Its a small thing but maybe someone who really needed the fridge to keep like their medicine or meals cool. Other than that my family will probably book there in the near future. Thank you for your service.

Upon arrival Nick was awesome he assisted with check in and was very pleasant. The most up setting thing about this stay was the pool and hot tub not working as it was one of the amenities. As we traveled here for spring break with 6 kids who was looking forward to the pool and it was freezing cold so they could not go swimming the entire stay. We stayed from thursday to sunday that is. As we only was able to fet our room clean once as they were only delivering towels and picking up trash only.

Property was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. Had a DQ across the street but decided to order from rice to go 0.5 miles down the way. Good Chinese food within drivable distance. All together a good trip with kiddos.
