I had a room on the 3 floor and it was very noise, there were kids running down the hall and screaming. The bed had no cushion or support. Not a good experience

I came to RGV every other weekend and always stay here, it’s very convenient, family oriented, great service, friendly staff and could continue but overall the best option in McAllen area

My wife and I love staying at Tru Hilton in Edinburg. This was probably our 4th time staying here and we’ll be back whenever we visit my family.

The room was a little bit on the smaller side. The room was clean though. When we asked for more towels, they said we would have to go down to the front desk. It would have been more convenient for them to bring them up to our room since we had a toddler with us. The breakfast was your basic set up.

It was 12:30 in the morning when children were running and yelling on the first floor where we were sleeping. The parents were busy getting drunk in the lobby while the children were making loud commotion. I told the children to stop running and yelling while we were sleeping. The desk receptionist did nothing to resolve the situation. We plan not to come again.

I loved the stay, we usually go down to meet family. The only downfall is no swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing and it is close to several stores.

You could hear everything from the other room, I mean everything! Disappointed, my wife could not sleep after getting discharged from delivering our baby. I rented the hotel to get some rest and get energy because our son was in NICU, but we could literally hear everything that was going on in the room next to us. Horrible experience.
