This was our 4th time there and they did let us down. I paid and reserved a king size bed and when we got there they said they had a lot of people and there systems went down therefore they had no more king size beds available. So they gave us a room with two queen beds which was not accommodating because we are plus sized women and had to sleep on separate beds. Oh and I forgot that the first room they gave us we opened it up and it had a group of people in there. Super awkward! So we had to go down and get another room. We always stayed here to be with family but I think next time we are gonna have to switch it up.

There seem to be a shortage of towels, but housekeeping was very friendly about bringing them when they were available. The pool was freezing cold you couldn’t swim in it unless you were a child who loves the cold. The laundry room was out of service the entire 18 days I was there. But overall the stay what did I eat of cereal was great.

I got there to check in and they said the room i book was not available anymore so they down grade me to a smaller one. So mad with 3 kids.

Will not be a clean and safe environment or family friendly until they kick the smokers and drinkers out of the main entrance, whom leave their smoke and alcohol smell all the way to the elevators (billowing smoke cloud and beer smell from the parking lot to the elevators)

The hotel is clean and the staff were good also, the downside is it was a noisy place. My room was on the second floor along the back side just to one side of the pool. My first night was a Saturday and the pool was full of screaming kids then they moved to running and screaming up the hallway. Sunday night an event next door sound system was extremely loud. And every night I had to listen to a neighbors dog bark all night. The hotel backs right up to a neighborhood and some idiots dog barks all night long, I don’t know how the neighbors deal with it.

The check-in took a while it was unattended for a while until one of the guest peeked and someone came out from the back. By the way he was down there to get clean towels and the lady said they were out until next day. As soon as she was done she left to the back. While waiting for my family to come in another guy showed up he was there waiting to get check-in since no one came he looked at me and asked if I worked there I said no but someone is in the back you just have to peek on the open hallway and talk loud in order for someone to come up to the front.

I really enjoyed how peaceful and clean it was! My favorite part was how freely it felt also. The lady upfront was so nice and layed back, i was down there visiting for the weekend and she allowed my family to be over and have dinner in the lobby and use the pool as well. Only thing i did not like was the pool lights come on an hr before close time lol

Well they just have one car for the bags, it was very messy in the morning breakfast still they have 45 minutes left for breakfast they did not serve more eggs and fruit.. and our bad luck upstairs was very noisy like people moving furniture and kids running and screaming

Fantastic experience, will do it again, will bring my family on my next visit
