I had a great Father’s Day’s at your hotel. It seemed family oriented. My Grandkids loved the pool area. Very clean rooms!

Very disgusting place. Mold on the sides of showers , window was un locked and facing the ditch! I had both of my kids with me and not traveling with my husband. Carpets smelled like apple cider vinagre! DISGUSTING

I booked a room on 9/9/2022 at 9:00 am for a 2 day stay and upon booking unfortunately I received a phone call so now I have a family emergency so I had to cancel all my plans this was unfortunate but this happened so right away I called to the hotel to let them know I had to cancel I spoke to Jocelyn who stated the manager was not in she won’t. Be In until Saturday 9/10/22 after 10:00 am so for me to call then so I did I called at 10:30 am and Aaron Rodriguez answered also very rude didn’t want to pass me the phone to the manager at first until I asked if please can I speak to her. The managers name is Anna Rodriguez she was so rude didn’t even give me chance to explain my situation she just flat out said she not refunding my money or changing my date that it is out of her hands she told me to speak to hotel.com since I booked it with them I let her know I did speak to them that they sent her an email and are trying to get a hold of her and her words were well I’m not refunding anything you should have canceled yesterday 9/8/2022 which makes no sense if I booked it on 9/9/2022 still again being really rude and is not even trying to understand my situation so $210 down the drain so I called hotel.com and they said she is able to override it or try to work something out but she has to give the ok for them to be able to do it so now she is refusing to speak with anyone about our situation she was very rude and didn’t give me a chance to speak she was speaking to someone else to

The room we stayed in was nice! Had a small kitchen area and a huge fridge. Pool area was nice are family was in there for quite a while. I liked how not anyone can go inside pool, like if you have outside guests. To avoid overcrowding I liked that. It sucks when you want pool time with family and its jam packed where guests invite thier whole families. The best part is thier breakfast. So many options. I loved that part. And the ladies working in the breakfast are are so attentive and cleaning and sanitizing after everyone and making sure thier is always enough food. You will definitely enjoy your stay. Also beds are so comfortable.

A family had stayed Friday night. They had a bbq at the pool area they invited all their family and had a dog. The next day the pool area smelled like dog urine super disgusting. Won’t stay here again

Newer Hotel with no Drama. Enjoy our stay in family sized suite for a very economical price. Close to everything.
