Comfort Inn Edinburg South

It was a comfortable stay. Great location for visiting family.

The staff was excellent. Small inconveniences include: no stopper for the big garden tub and a scorched iron that was easily replaced. Big inconvenience was filthy carpet in the room and a questionably sanitary sofa. (room 218) When we arrived and took off our shoes, our formerly clean feet turned brown and dirty after walking barefoot in the room. We switched to wearing our shoes or socks for the rest of the stay. It really was pretty dirty. The breakfast wasn't as good as it has been in the past. There were no meat offerings at 0700 on Saturday Sept 9, 2003 and the oatmeal as watery as water. Also, we overheard a conversation between another guest and the desk clerk. When they entered the room they were assigned to, another family was already in there and were sleeping. Everyone was surprised and frightened. We plan to stay elsewhere the next time we are in Edinburg.

Bad service woman in service desk they charme extra and she is bad service they charme extra for my kids

did not like the price on my little dog ,other hotels do not charge for our fury pets.The high end hotels that have a high price dont even do it ,they are like our kids n be with us.This has never happen befor to charge us fifteen a nine we have stayed here before n got this surprice .Need to print it on the pet section that ther will be a chager on our pets , not do it when were there to stay

Once again... the wrong room card to room 315, the clerk placed our card under 310 instead and this time we walked in a family...so embarrassing!
